      Good pay, own your own, nice travel time, cameras on bus, opportunity for very good flexible hours

      The job should be pleasurable, driving seniors around the community.

      Cons

      The manager makes it unbearable. Out of touch. Never around. When he is around all he does is complain about how bad of a job everyone is doing. All busses have transmission/ engine problems. Mechanics say nothing wrong. No AC in Florida. Time clock broken for a month now. Half @ss company.
