Awful shifts mostly splits,you will usually work 5 or 6 out of 7 days, including saturdays and sundays with no penalties. a typical week of splits will be spread over 12 and upto 15 hrs per day, but you will only be paid 6-7or8 hours per day, but you cant get on with anything else. Management is not good, showing little respect or consideration to drivers. I'm over transdev, and have moved on.

Management seems distant, hard to reach and harder to get time with. I also question their subject matter expertise. It's tough to implement change and improvement initiatives here because we operate very close to our budget limitations. We don't do a lot of team building activities here which I think hurts corporate performance. Corporate reps from the USA and France are often applying pressure to reduce expenses, even at the cost of negatively affecting service performance. The pay is real good, but not great. This isn't exactly a con, but it's really hard to retain good people with an abundance of higher paying government jobs available in the area.
