TMF Group has strict guidelines, checks and balances in regards to client charging. Due to many departments of experts helping clients in a variety of ways, it may be hard for those internally to understand the full picture. The formation of personal relationships is inevitable within a company of TMF Group’s size and we like to trust our people to be mature and not allow relationships to affect their work.

Every organisation experiences ‘churn’ and in many instances it’s a result of successful personal development, giving people new opportunities to move on. However, this would never be a factor in selecting new people to join us… we are always highly selective and have no plans to modify our high recruitment standards. We are very committed to investing in our people for the long term.
