Pros

One can learn a lot in the first months, but after a while the learning stops. Some benefits, but the salary is really low in comparison with the market and there is no bonus except for Head ofs.

Cons

Most of it, work is not valued and most of the most capable employees leave within 2 years. The salary increases are a joke and there are no bonus. They save money in the wrong places.

Pros

None. Really. Maybe better be there than unemployed... maybe! Lack of technology, out dated power point and excel sheets flowing around as source of documentation, not even a version track that is trustworthy. Terrible communication flow with lots of people doing other people’s work (rework in the case) and getting the blame for the lack of process defined and technology as if it was even possible to deliver anything with quality in an environment like that...

Cons

Terrible work environment, long hours, management does nothing but networks and travel around...

Highly Unprofessional Firm

Pros

International presence of the company is very positive. Rapid growth in the BPO sector allows the company to get sales growth.

Cons

- Unprofessional senior leadership in the US subsidiary - Lack of organization and corporate structure is reflected in the US business - Not a favorable working environment for any potential employees or for anyone looking to join the firm. Save your time and work elsewhere. You will be better off.
