      Pros

      The office is conveniently located, parking possibility.

      Cons

      Very bad atmosphere in the Company, the management can not be trusted, high employee fluctuation, some of the managers have relationship with the subordinates which is then reflected in the promotions, the clients are getting overcharged by virtue of adding extra hours which was newer worked.

      TMF Group has strict guidelines, checks and balances in regards to client charging. Due to many departments of experts helping clients in a variety of ways, it may be hard for those internally to understand the full picture. The formation of personal relationships is inevitable within a company of TMF Group’s size and we like to trust our people to be mature and not allow relationships to affect their work.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
