An everchanging work environment which fosters creativity, innovation, self-development, open and constructive feedback and continuous improvement. It's an exciting company to work for which is at the forefront of design and engineering related solutions.

Cons

The engineering industry as a whole is volatile at the moment. Workload is not consistent and future workload is not guaranteed. This can lead to uncertainty amongst employees
