-Horrible and filthy office that gives an insight how they value their employee (big breach in H&S policy but nothing has been done -Penny policy quiet gredy compared to other company -6 months probabation period the longest i had -No direct or clear management chaine -You feel always under pressure, work / life balance = 0 -Management Panic let you feel it is never enough -Expected to wotk from home give a cell phone with Ramboll email box in be contacted 24hrs - Staff does not look very happy
