Ramboll Indian management is too much confused on what business area ans markets to be focused No strong vision on growth Still Indian management believes Ramboll in India is infant stage(from past 10 yrs)

Pros

Young company.. but there is a reason for this, they get young graduates on poor salaries to undertake more complexe work. Joined when it was whitbybird, wished I had left much earlier

Cons

Never join them, overworked and very badly paid and very poor recognition, not matter how good work you undertake.

Pros

The typical scandinavian outlook on work. Great emphasis on work life balance, nice taste in design. Perks include Friday evening beers, flexible working time and good social life. Great people and great work environment.

Cons

Work can become somewhat repetitive as there seems to be a standard well established procedure in place. Not really much room for creativity. Working on a deadline , as it does typically with any management consultancy could get stressful last minute.
