      Good company image, graduate trips to the head office in Copenhagen. Good work and opportunity.

      Cons

      Engineering is very poorly paid, at all levels, except management and Ramboll is no exception. Graduate pay is pathetic compared to other companies and pay rises are very slow, even when your personally excelling. Big emphasis on project management, who are useless. lots of graduates thinking they can become "managers" in the first year.
