      Pros

      Great working environment, excellent projects. Lots of technical expertise that can be called upon in a friendly manner.

      Cons

      Management heavy with large gaps between directors and engineers that could be filled with promotions. Promotions seem slow, a little like dead mens shoes.

      A company that truly believes in developing good people and supporting and training up those who are capable and want to grow. Good training Good mentoring Beautiful London office. Trips to Copenhagen Treated with respect Values are more than just words Great support functions especially hr and marketing. There when we need them

      Cons

      Salary could be better but flexibility and responsibilities makes up for it. Would be good to see the UK part of the business growing more.
