Flat management. Great company culture. Hands-on training is fantastic. Colleagues are willing to take the time to sit down with you to work through any problem. As an intern, I got to work on a variety of exciting projects and was given the same responsibility as a long-term employee.

Cons

Work environment sometimes can be a little isolated when everyone works independently in their own cubicle.
