Salary lags behind its competitors

I'm so disappointed to see how bureaucratic, hierarchical, nepotistic, and siloed this company has become. Everyone is there for themselves, covering their own backs; collaboration is nonexistent, and the shared values are just meaningless words on the wall posters. The company runs on poor graduates who are vastly underpaid but expected to act as senior consultants without the lack of proper mentorship and guidance. If you're a young professional and are seeking a healthy growth place, I'd suggest avoiding this place. While Jens-Peter was still CEO, things were not great, but there was hope. With Christian taking over, I'd expect a large turnover rate to come soon. I'm not the only one thinking that getting a consultancy person with shareholders' ROI on top of his priority list, in charge of a philanthropy-based organisation, is not a great move. It's unfortunate that another good company is going down like this.
