      - Can work from home (some departments do not allow work from home) - Resources and knowledge networks available globally, but largely depends on own initiative

      Cons

      - Layoff every few months, so not the best company to work for - Rigid structure - Local management lacks vision. Traditional people's mentality. Some department leaders only care about internal numbers rather than real cross-disciplinary collaboration. Situation is exacerbated by restrictions from global HQ that make decisions not fully aligned with realities in Singapore's market. - Poor compensation package, no 13-month, no bonus after first year of service

      Various different eng groups to get involved with and the ability to network. Great project diversity and the hire ups actually do care about you.

      Cons

      Lost a lot of federal grant money which lead to massive layoffs.
