      Great place to build a lasting career, or begin one.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Ability to work in several different practices areas if desired. Very fair total compensation package. Great, reputable, and large global firm to gain professional experience.

      Cons

      The billable hour. Not a traditional 9-5 schedule. Lack of mentorship. Moderate to high stress levels for most employees.

      Pros

      Large internal network of expertise, interesting projects regionally, nationally, & internationally.

      Cons

      Quality of life is dependent on extremely wide variety and quality of project management styles. Workload can vary widely, and the expectation is for slow workers to utilize their own internal network to find work without the aid of immediate supervisor(s).

      Pros

      Big recognisable brand in the Nordics.

      Cons

      At every level, this company could do a lot more for sustainable development. Also, some board members and departments are full of leadership who believe "equality, diversity, and inclusion are phases" and that people are "being sensitive" and they will "get over it." It is a shame they say they believe in equality but then do not provide equal rights and benefits to their employees in each market or business unit. Microaggressions all day.
