-very low salary for consultants -not great with promotions - some consultants work really hard to be in the acceptable billing ratio but they do not receive recognition and are not promoted -not a great place to stay for long term

Stuffy and traditional work culture in every sense. The reason why they constantly hire fresh graduates is because people leave so quickly due to terrible working environment and fresh graduates are easy to hire and cheap to pay.
