      Managers are bullies and unpaid overtime is standard

      Pros

      London office is quite nice and so are most of the younger employees who work there

      Cons

      Excessive overtime required to meet under-resourced project deadlines. Expected to work 10-12 hour days on site with no option to take the time back or to be paid for it. Essentially a minimum wage job when this is considered. It’s also likely you’ll be bullied out of the company if you try to raise this with anyone senior or with HR.

      - gender balance - office space - some cool coworkers - good technical / admin support staff - social events

      Cons

      - low pay - overworked - pressure to work overtime occasionally - subpar benefits - leadership seems out of touch - day to day work does not align with company values that are expounded all over their website - some coworkers/managers are difficult to work with
