Pros

Flex-work, some great colleagues around the world

Cons

The good and talented usually leave in frustration while mediocres and back-stabbers rise to top. No real will in upper management to fix what needs fixing.

Pros

-Good projects to CV, -Trips to Copenhagen

Cons

Long serving senior employees develop a massive bloated ego, arrogance and negligence. Extremely reluctant to delegate work to graduates and support graduates by means of assigning meaningful tasks adding value. Tendency to keep tasks amongst a known professional circle. This can be extremely hurtful, painful and disgraceful. Outsourcing seems to be the only thing on the mind of directors. What are employees in office for? Counting Alpackas? There will be phases where one would feel de-valued, disgraced and humiliated. If your considering the Bridges team, you are in for pain and a lot of it. Think very very carefully before setting foot.

Pros

None, there isn't any. Read other reviews and you'll agree

Cons

1.First things first - Ramboll India is a hiring and firing organisation. One day they will hire in hundreds and next day they will fire in hundreds. And that too shamelessly! Last one happened in October 2016, approx 90 people were asked to leave without giving any reason. 2. They will lure you with on site opportunities but you won't get any, because their onsite deployment numbers are marginal. You will be always seen as a low cost resource from a third world country. 3. They will show you their Ramboll's Denmark office, which is great and you will start believing that it must be an awesome company! But Ramboll India does not inherit any of its heritage, you will find only one culture here... Lala (Lord) culture. And it won't take you much time to figure that out. 4. Management team in India is useless, they won't get job anywhere else. And hence they won't think twice before destroying your career, if it comes to choosing between you and them. 5. The Ramboll group does not support India financialy, India has never been their focus. So when India makes loss, people are fired. And this happens every year. Last in First out. 6.If you are a woman then this place is definitely NOT for you! RUN AWAY ! So my dear friend, if you are considering to join this company, take my advise and stay where you are. It is advisable to join Ramboll India only if your circumstances are really bad, you are really hopeless about your life and have lost complete faith in yourself.
