We do move in a dynamic fast paced market. And being part of that could of course be challenging. We always hope to make sure that our hard working employees do get enough spare time besides the good work that they do with us. That’s definitely valued feedback. Company car, great 401k, decent medical.

Cons

There is such a lack of qualified senior management to make key decisions, high turnover, clueless project managers, and the ones that do the least work are most always promoted.
