      Not ideal if you're seeking a design role

      Pros

      somewhat nice office spaces. ME team is very nice - good people. Plenty of sustaining engineering projects (if that's what you're after) & plenty of CAPA work.

      Cons

      Severe lack of leadership. Although ME team is great/talented, company has not figured out how to place an ME manager of proper qualifications and mindset. There is also lack of mentorship, due to lack of truly experienced MEs in the team. and those that have significant experience are swamped with work (or don't care to mentor). Also, company is starting to outsource new product dev to consultants or abroad. That why this is not a good place to work at if you are looking for new product development and design work.

      Toxic work culture.

      Pros

      Their 401k is not bad, and my coworkers are generally good people.

      Cons

      Management is discriminatory and hard work gets you nowhere in the company due to favoritism. Regularly put down and singled out and management/HR doesn't care, I've literally been told by HR to 'get over it' when going to them for help. I've gone nearly three years with no raise due to 'restructuring'. Also work 50+ hour work weeks because management doesn't know how to manage the place.

      Scientist/Architects/Specialists should think 100 times before PIC joining

      1. Challenging Healthcare Products. 2. Opportunity for grow with Products 3. Many employee benefits and perks.

      Cons

      1. Not a product mindset, broader vision of success- NIL, immature and very risky work culture. 2. Very unsafe place to join and survive for experienced people. Hire/Fire/Re-structure is in culture. 3. Not a reliable place to join if you have family, home loan, education loan, growing kids or any other liability. BE CAREFUL. 4. Indecisive people managers, have no respect for others.
