Good 401k match, company car, and schedule can be flexible

Cons

Low pay. If you're an FEP engineer, you have no chance of making a decent wage. Philips now believes in giving promotions without pay. Company doesn't value its own employees.

We think it is important that our employees are able to live their lives on their terms as well. We are sorry that you feel this way about your salary, we do hope to give our employees a fair compensation at all times. On the other hand it sounds like a lot of other benefits are to your likening, for example the 401k plan and the company car. That being said, we do hope that at least discuss the way you feel about this with your managing team. We definitely understand the importance of providing our talent with the appropriate compensation.

Lean'ed too far ..cut backs have really hit the field hard with loss of head count and no new blood coming in. Way too much turnover in upper management. Field has no confidence in current direction
