Pros

Pay is decent. Excellent 401k.

Cons

Management is very toxic. No one knows how to do their job and they refuse to give the employees a proper billing system to help make the job easier. Everything is haphazard, especially with management. They continuously pile more and more work on you with everything being the priority. Management never responds to your emails and micromanaging is rampant. The manager has a very condescending attitude and very toxic then wonders why team morale is low. If you ask questions about how to better do your job you are penalized. Management is not truthful, although they claim to be *transparent. You are given unrealistic goals with little or no guidance.

Pros

Diverse work force with a lot of interesting backgrounds. Great products that help the world.

Cons

Highly toxic environment, where bad behavior is constantly rewarded. Not much empathy or understanding towards work life balance. Long hours with little to no payoff. HIGH TURNOVER - Lots of highly skilled resources are leaving for better jobs because of the bad management.

Hi there, thanks so much for sharing your honest thoughts and insights here. We regret hearing that you didn't feel like you had a healthy work life balance and that the management in your workplace leaves much to be desired. That's not the employer we aim to be, obviously, and we really value your feedback. Upper management is active on this platform too, so you may consider your review duly noted. We wish you all the best with your career and hope your next work experience will be more fruitful!

Pros

You can camp out there for a long time without getting noticed.

Cons

They have so much red tape they can't act in an agile manner. They hire people into positions that are inappropriate for their experience. They promote their "brand" on everything to make themselves look good but they have no abililty to produce anything innovative or that the market would actually want to buy. They survive only on old technology that is difficult to replace due to high barrier to entry.

Hi there, we appreciate you taking the time to write down your experiences with us. We regret hearing you weren't all that satisfied with your job and our product innovation. That's not the sentiment we aim for, of course, and we do hope your next challenge will be more to your liking. Regardless, thanks for leaving your review and all the best with your career.
