Pros

Excellent, well communicated benefits if full-time, although health for a head of household (spouse, children) is increasing. Great work / life balance Great ability for talented workers to move laterally

Cons

Huge conglomerations of global plants, locations, acquisitions, etc that are not well integrated (especially at a core IT systems level), so very confusing to work in for newcomers Moving up in the company is very challenging

Thank you for the feedback. It is unfortunate to hear that you were not positive about certain aspects whilst you worked with us. We are a very fast changing global company, active in a fast-paced market, flexibility therefore is very important to us. We understand that certain transformations within the company influence other parts as well. We do hope to create a flexible working environment by offering a lot of training through our Philips University. We would like to wish you the best with your future endeavors.

Pros

The company has a wide breadth of products and services that leverages technology. It's a global company that brings some value to the market. People are mostly pleasant although passive.

Cons

They tried to educate marketing on basic planning and business principles but that didn't work. Problematic leadership on the group level, e.g. Healthcare. There is an ironic lack of business acumen skill predominantly in the higher ranks (director to C-level) but often excellent business acumen on the lower ranks (manager or lower). A lot of internal business conflicts and redundancies prevail, leading to high cost of operations.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback and thank you for being a part of our company. We always hope to work in a very effective and efficient manner. We hope that you have touched upon your criticism with the team that you were active in during your time with us. Some of your advice does ring with us, as we do intend to compensate the hard work our employees do in the right way. We believe that is something that enables us to bring value in the market, as we like to motivate our employees to be part of the innovation and our philosophy of the company. This does help a lot with our mission to bring innovation that matters. In any case, we would like to thank you for your hard work with us and creating a nice working environment.
