Thank you for your review. While we're happy that you can reflect somewhat favorably on your time as a QA Analyst, it's unfortunate that you felt that there were things that you felt left desired with regard to our work and reward structure. Your feedback is appreciated and duly noted: our upper management is active on Glassdoor as well, and are monitoring all reviews. Thanks again, and we wish you all the best for the future.

Pros

Expanding minor health benefits (on top of normal health, vision, dental). Most coworkers are easy to get a long and some are very helpful when it comes to helping solve and issue or lend and extra set of hands.

Cons

Poor management. Does not help those already employed to move up unless management likes you. Do not hold employees accountable for poor behavior. Extreme favoritism. Lack of communication to the employees, as if to sugar coat bad or unsavory news or updates. Lower employees (production, warehouse, etc) are not treated as adults. Not enough interactions between departments and other buildings that are local and in the same division.
