Cons

Is a highly volatile political atmosphere in which to work! Depending on whom you are, if you are hourly and not personally favored by your manager you will be held to strict company policy. If you are a 50 level or higher salaried employee you can pretty much do anything you want to in front of anyone and they will be required to turn a blind eye to your unprofessional activities during working hour. No opportunity for hourly employees to be promoted into salaried ranks. Salaried ranks get promoted quit frequently.

Flexible hours if agreed up front . Good salary and bonus scheme. Philips university provides good courses

Cons

No quality culture, planning and thinking is identified as waste. To progress you need to move. Management does not delegate nor empower people.
