- Colleagues - work-life balance: Home Office combined with office days to exchange with other teams and have also team days - Remote work possibilities - Company events - Extra benefits - Cool offices in Düsseldorf and Palma de Mallorca - Possibility/Flexibility to try new ideas and get involved in many different projects - I own my tasks and are responsible for them - Company willing to always try new ways for making things better and work - Always chances to get involved in other projects/ideas and meet/work with other people and departments

- Sometimes not much communication alignment, as there are many things going on - Tasks can get a lot at once and is possible to get the feeling of being "overloaded", so is important to prioritize well
