One of the best things about working here is the flexibility—we have the freedom to experiment with different tools, programs, and approaches. It’s refreshing to work in an environment where innovation isn’t just encouraged but truly embedded in the culture. There is also a great feedback culture—people openly praise each other’s projects, and feedback can be shared instantly via tools.

Cons

Open space / hot desk approach makes it tricky to find a good spot on some days.

Free drink & snack, pizza, modern office, international environment

Cons

Unfortunately the culture of feedback is one way and just employees receive constructive feedbacks which are too harsh and demotivating. I personally have not seen KPI for measuring individual performance. Not healthy environment for me at all.
