Motivated team, great feedback culture, non-hierarchical, flexible working hours and working methods, good canteen. You can co-create the processes and everyday a lot can be achieved.

Cons

Nothing is bothering me right now. Of course there is lots to do, but I like that.

You´ll learn a lot from true innovators. You’ll work in an awesome atmosphere and people with an entirely different (positive) way of thinking. You’ll have more responsibility. You’ll be able to be a part of lot of different Projects. = You´ll have a better work satisfaction!

Our office is quickly becoming too small.
