Easy to get a job there, nice people to work with, relax atmosphere. Many people used this company just for the Blue Card opportunity.

Cons

Hard to grow as a cool specialist, low salary, zero additional benefits. The management ppl don't want to discuss the salary ouside the annual 360 review circle.
