Nothing is a pro, a company going from bad to worse!

Cons

After 8 years of service things are getting from bad to worse, more work load, no increase of pay!!! You are working several hours extra hours a day, which on a basic salary is less than minimum wage! Micromanagement! The company is crumbling down, they have lost their best staff in the last 2 years.

Some great co-workers and stable company.

Cons

Everything else. Especially management is terrible. HR and CEO have really dug themselves in a deep hole. Feels like they spend time and effort to actively stab people in theis backs and make everyone´s life miserable.
