      Good company for sales people but very unorganized

      Employees get treated well, office HQ is beautiful, good culture

      Cons

      Extremely unorganized, often promoting people to management with no experiencing. which is good for people who want to move up but bad for the people who need to be managed by them

      Pros

      - Greats benefits such as unlimited vacations, RRSP contributions, lunches, health and wellness allocation, and volunteering day. - In general, the people is great and nice to work with. - Interesting projects, fast-paced environment, and great learning opportunities.

      Cons

      - Upper management lacks transparency and makes questionable decisions regarding the future of the business. - Upper management overpromises on many aspects. - Mandatory return to the office policy is questionable and appears more as a strategy to micromanage employees than for the sake of the “company’s culture”.
