Fantastic work environment, great people and awesome benefits! This is by far the best place I have ever worked at. Lightspeed wants to see their employees succeed, if you are motivated and driven you definitely will.

Cons

It is a fast paced work environment and the hours can be long but definitely rewarding.

Lightspeed or Root Canal. Which is a more painful experience?

-Remote Work -Monthly Stipend (sometimes you don’t receive it though) -Nothing else

Cons

-No training -Never received health or dental cards or information -Management is clueless about position and pay cycle -Don’t start in the middle of the month, if you do you don’t get paid for that month -Qouta changed numerous times in a very short period -Mass layoff in my 2nd month -No transparency -U.S. Market isn’t very profitable
