Pros
The first day you arrive at the lightspeed headquarters and finally find the moment to look around you and see what a unique environment you're working in, you realize your life's about to change. Lightspeed does not only offer you the coolest workplace to work in, it also offers everything you'd ever want in life: interesting and smart people to work with, every perk you need, beer, inspiring life events and - most importantly - a flat hierarchy in which every change you make directly impacts the company and gets noticed by your peers and directors.
Don't worry: here we do not have boring desk jobs and lightspeed makes sure to keep you entertained with regular events that will blow you mind. One of the main complaints about lightspeed is the work/life balance, however you balance this out however you want. No one's going to tell you what to do, and honestly, with whatever's going on at lightspeed you really want to give your work balance more attention. It's all worth it.
