      Promising place to work

      Pros

      Management has the write direction, knows in broad terms what the company needs to succeed and is working hard to execute the strategy. There's a great focus on people and although things are not perfect, quarterly polls are done to keep watch on employee satisfaction and many initiatives are in place. Many perks, very driven co-workers, cool office space. CEO Dax gives a very human soul to the company. He cares. Has everything to succeed and help the employees succeed too.

      Cons

      Still going through growing pains so a few things might seem rushed or rough while the company structures itself. Some disconnect between different departments initiatives. Workload can be intimidating for some.

      Thanks for your review! We’re glad to know you see the potential in Lightspeed. We try to be very people-centric, which trickles down from the top. Dax’s approach certainly allows us to have an open and human environment, and that will never change. You’re right, it can be tough at times. Growing pains are expected with a company that operates at our pace, but we try and learn each day to make sure we’re making strides. Thanks again.

      Real experience with enterprise like software.

      Cons

      Work environment very aggressive, lots of gossips and competitive people. Very little benefits. Company interests over employees. Messy software.

      Amazing culture I get to own my work and my sales quota I get all the needed data and resources to do my job I'm encouraged to be creative in my problem-solving approach All good ideas are considered Receptive to change I'm held accountable for my actions It's a fun and collaborative environment Insane perks All levels of MGMT and Executive Leadership are approachable

      Cons

      The office is getting crowded could we could use some more space soon. More breakout rooms needed.
