      Pros

      - Good benefits and perks, nice offices - Lots of genuinely great people

      Cons

      Complete lack of transparency or care from leadership; - learned our office lease was not being renewed when the landlord brought prospective new tenants to see the office during a workday, followed by us finding the office listed for lease online. - learned of a potential company sale from a news article. - two rounds of layoffs in 2024 affecting >500 employees. Layoffs seem to be an annual trend.

      Pros

      Some team social as we needed to get distracted from ridiculous pressure. Some benefits.

      Cons

      Management is unhelpful, clueless and noxious. Unlimited PTO should be a perk but not in AM/Sales, you are lucky if you get the statutory. Unrealistic target made to drain all the team and not getting rewarded. Delivering the opposite shared with the team. Shamble of a company. Avoid

      Bypass Any Job Advertised Here at... Lightspeed

      Pros

      At the end of 5 days you got 2 days away from a bad product that constantly feel over.

      Cons

      Troubleshooting the same issues continuously as nothing ever got fixed. Escalating issues were impossible as they were always dropped back in your lap. You had to ask to go to the bathroom... like you are six and in school... really. Better, easier shift patterns were given to the TLs favorites so if you weren't one of them you better learn to love working nights. Everything else.
