      Pros

      Talented people filled young professionals. Great benefits: Lots of snacks (including fruits), coffee, tea, etc. Bus pass, insurance benefit is awesome. Beautiful office in the Old Port Great vibes and atmosphere to work at

      Cons

      No overtime pay despite working so many hours...which brings me to my next point Expect to work long hours or else you look bad. Not ideal for parents who need to leave at 5:00pm to pick-up the kids. Hard to move within the company (a lot of favouritism is involved in the management's decision-making).. Oh and...only the managers get promoted.

      Pros

      I absolutely love the office perks. The ability to get lunches, RRSP contributions and many other perks with health coverage is great.

      Cons

      Company is in their public profit era and they will squeeze every drop of energy, mental capacity and time from the employees while making more and more cuts, while expecting a lot more from you. Targets on a constant rise until we reached the point of it being out of your control.
