There doesn't seem to be a clear strategy to make Lightspeed products different or better than competitors Leaders in different verticals do not seem to communicate at all Lots of demotivated and miserable people

Pros

Somewhat flexible time off. Many wonderful colleagues.

Cons

General chaos. Lack of vision. Regularly rotating management. Management is evasive, and regularly talk to people like they don't matter. Stocks given in lieu of meaningful raises, but unvested shares are cancelled when relationship ends. Opportunities are very few, witnessed many people get passed over in favor of someone with less experience and ability. Time off regularly expected. Questions, different ways of looking at something, are not welcome Products are spread between so many platforms that efficiency is impossible, but employees are to blame when productivity suffers. Management makes cash-grab decisions that create more work and inconvenience customers.
