-Generous salary by Montreal standards, decent benefits -Company is growing and is in a sound position financially -Some opportunity for advancement within the company -HR consistently makes outstanding entry-level hires in all departments -Excellent facilities -Fun environment in general
Cons
-Near-total lack of internal processes and standards--everyone is basically winging it -Has a killer case of silo mentality despite having about 50 employees -Unaccountable, spectacularly dysfunctional development team that makes huge failures a routine -The product itself is poor--you will be asked to apologize for it on a regular basis -The business lives or dies on its marketing, rather than on the product. In spite of the buzz there is a feeling that it could all go up in smoke at any moment
