      Pros

      Great technical training, good salary and good people working there.

      Cons

      JCI will jump into a market and hire people to support a plan, if the plan fails, they quickly jump out. Not a stable environment.

      Pros

      Large company with a strong foundation, good benefits, excellent ethics policies (although not always internally applied), strong support for additional education.

      Cons

      Very political environment, upward mobility highly dependent on a good old boy network or friendships verses abilities or commitment. Excessively high workloads and hours with no additional benefits. Many potential improvements poorly planned or based on a managers personal whim.

      employees get out of work early before holidays, 3 personal days, decent health & dental benefits

      Cons

      many employees let go, set work hours, managers can make their own rules that are not company rules, not paid more at the time of the promotion
