Pros
Large company with a strong foundation, good benefits, excellent ethics policies (although not always internally applied), strong support for additional education.
Cons
Very political environment, upward mobility highly dependent on a good old boy network or friendships verses abilities or commitment. Excessively high workloads and hours with no additional benefits. Many potential improvements poorly planned or based on a managers personal whim.
