      Pros

      After coming from a position in a highly bureaucratic company, joining Hubspot was like a breath of fresh air. You're setup and productive on day one, with everyone going out of their way to be friendly and supportive. I've been working for nigh on 10 years in the tech industry, and this place is without doubt the best yet. Like Google without the hubris and snobbery!

      Cons

      The only cons are the ready availability of snacks and treats, it's quite difficult to resist things like waffles.

      Very ambitious organisation with the resources and team to achieve their goals

      *The company is on a fast growth trajectory *Management truly want to make the company the best place to work *Management have a track record of making the tough decisions to improve the company and address challenges to continue their growth without compromising on making HubSpot a good place to work. * Change is constant

      Cons

      *Change is constant *Short term property decisions, We keep outgrowing our office, lets get a home to grow into, not out of *Pension scheme is still towards the bottom of the market even after a small increase in 2016. In Ireland its one of the few tax benefits the government allows PAYE workers so its a missed opportunity.
