      Great place to start your sales career, not much flexibility in the role

      Pros

      Great team, managers invest in your career growth & learning, small team so you have lots of skill development & 1:1s, you have a great opportunity to learn the in's and out's of the product before you move up in the sales org

      Cons

      Not much flexibility in the role like there is on every other team in HubSpot, not able to participate in a lot of HubSpot events/learning sessions because we are constantly manning the channels, sometimes you feel micromanaged, role gets tedious after 5 months because your day to day is the same (role is typically 8-10 months), no incentives even though this is a entry-level sales role.

I can definitely understand the challenge of not having as much flexibility as some other teams and that it can be repetitive from time to time--in support what we've done to combat that is building in an "off-phone" hour to help build in development time, so I'll connect with sales leadership to see if there is any thought to piloting that.       Work with international offices so time-difference can sometimes be an issue

      - Career development and opportunities to grow - Company culture | Completely transparent - PEOPLE | I never met so many remarkable personalities that are at the same time so down to earth (also a huge thank you to our daily catering ladies) - Onboarding in the US couldn't be a better start

      - Dog policy only on Fridays maybe? ;)
