8yThanks for your review and hopefully you saw JD's note today on the thought we are putting into helping Support. Long-term, we have more work to do to think through the model that will work for the next decade for the business and for our employees, and that will likely require some thoughtful considerations on talent pool, cost, and expectations, but we are doing some hard work with support leadership to ensure that we remain committed to helping support grow and our customers delighted, but also set our success team up for succeed--thanks for the candid feedback, it's top of mind for us at the moment. -Katie
