      Personally, I am from Connecticut so the 3 hour drive in a couple times a week is difficult.

      Thanks for the feedback and for the review--hopefully you're working with your manager to decide if it's an option to work from home more often--a drive from Connecticut sounds like a lot so hopefully you can still be successful here and do it more often. More of our teams are making the shift to more flexible and remote work so fingers crossed your team is more open to it to limit your miles but keep you at a company you enjoy.
