Thank you for your continued support and your 5+ years of service with LogMeIn. Mobility is a big theme for us here at LogMeIn, and we pride ourselves on building our global culture into all our employee experiences. Many factors go into our Total Rewards packages, not just salary. Our Total Rewards team performs yearly audits on Salary, Bonus, and Equity and studies market trends to make necessary adjustments to stay competitive in every location we serve; the same approach was taken with RSUs. In the technology space, as a company increases in size and the stock price rises, fewer RSUs are typically handed out. We continually evaluate this, and other competitive factors to ensure that we are offering our employees a desirable place to work with dynamic rewards and compensations. If there are still further questions you may have, I recommend reaching out to your HR Business Partner about our Total Rewards plan for 2018.

Pros

I will miss the people the most....although most of them have been let go.

Cons

too many to write so I will list just a few - poor leadership - no care for employees or the customer - customers who buy are now trapped into a year, if they don't buy for the year then their prices go up (prices also tend to increase when it comes time to renew which causes customers to cancel and leave) - lack of product development and innovation - lack of leadership (did I list that one already?) - no stock options - lack of leadership

Your feedback is valuable to our growth as a company, and we hope you enjoyed your time with LogMeIn. This past year was challenging for many employees; there were changes in role responsibilities, managers, and the company strategy. We have not forgotten about our employees and the contributions they make daily. We have invested in training our middle managers, an area we did not succeed in 2017. We hosted our first combined Innovate event, where the winning team will receive 90 days to bring their idea to market, we believe our employee-led ideas will help us further drive product development and innovation. We recognize our areas of opportunity and will continue to execute where we succeed for our stakeholders, employees, and customers. We wish you the best. Jason

Frustrated long time employee

Pros

- Relaxed work culture - Great work life balance - Talented colleagues

Cons

- Too many reorgs - things change with no purpose whenever a new leader takes charge and that seems to happen way too often. - Top level management interferes too much in how development is done. Teams don't have individual control on choosing the right technologies to get the job done. - Useless architects in every team, who seem to have a lot of say without consulting tech leads or developers. - Toxic middle management that doesn't help with career development. - The company is not what it used to be when under Citrix, after merger with LogMeIn. - Management never addresses huge attrition rate. They just try to hire to fill those spots. New employees are confused and old employees are not motivated anymore.

We are regretful for your frustration with LogMeIn. We are approaching the 1-year anniversary of our merger and the past year was not easy. There is no playbook for combining two companies of our size, so we understand the some of the challenges our employees have expressed. Our organization makes changes to stay competitive with the market, and to allow our employees to do their best work. We know we did not equip our middle managers with the tools to lead their teams effectively in 2017, but that is an area we hope to change in 2018, bringing in of our first VP, Learning & Development. We recognize that it is hard to not compare our current LogMeIn to the previous companies in which our employees originated. For any concerns around business strategy, your Executive and team leads are your best resource to answer specific questions. Jason
