Thank you for your candid review. I want to state that LogMeIn is a cohesion of former GetGo, former LogMeIn, and new employees. We only recognize our combined company. We understand work takes place outside of the traditional 9-5 work hours to meet tight deadlines but that is short term and we provide many opportunities for employees to unplug, so we are glad that you enjoyed the work/life balance while you were here. Our goal is to continue to provide open channels of communication to address employee concerns, changes to our organizational structure, and go-forward strategy. In addition, our Total Rewards department conducts extensive market research to offer best-in-class benefits to meet our employee's needs, and all benefits are evaluated annually.
