Toxic leadership, specially in Engineering. DocuSign was a place where people were respected, right now I few we are just pieces in a chest board. Don’t recommend docusign right now.

The people, lower management, work life balance

Cons

Complete lack of transparency and organisation. The culture will be forever damaged. Secrets amongst management and sketchy movement of roles amidst the layoffs. Severance package was insulting in comparison to other tech companies also going through layoffs. Zero empathy and ignorance from C levels. furthermore, targets have become unattainable across the higher sales roles with response of threats rather than support.
