Pros

Good work life balance and benefits

Cons

lay offs. Even top performing sales professionals got laid off along with the team. Company does not care or check your performance when laying off employees. No warning or performance reviews for layoffs. You could be the top performer on your team and wake up to an email in the morning saying you are laid off that day.
