Pros

Benefits are decent, health plan choices are good

Cons

Leadership is very opaque, no real communication about the strategies to achieve growth at the company. No real growth development. Surprise layoffs and below market pay. Lip service to diversity, no real development opportunities for POC

Pros

Generally my team and wider colleagues were great people. Benefits package was excellent Under Dan Springer the organisation was one that people wanted to work for.

Cons

Autocratic, narcissistic and toxic sales leadership in NEMEA. They hardly talk to their team unless they want something. Its completely one-way traffic. No coaching or support, I'm surprised if they even remember your name let alone where you live. They completely lack any fundamental and basic leadership skills. Many good, competent people are being treated very badly and unfairly, with no thought or consideration for them as human beings. There is no clear product strategy or GTM which was compounded by the loss of key teams and individuals in the recent layoffs. This will only result in continued churn and leave DocuSign sadly with a very poor reputation.
