- unqualified managers who are promoted internally & use fear tactics - inconsistent quota expectations and PIP’s depending on leader - quality employees pushed out after exceeding quota YoY; one bad quarter & leaders immediately places tenured reps on PIP or threatens employee with PIP resulting in silent quitting

Pros

The product is the best in class for electronic signature. It’s easy to use and easy to implement for companies.

Cons

Poor leadership and no employee resources. Unless you have no other options or offers, stay away because this company is not listening to what employees and customers are saying in public, online forums. Too much competition at a much lower cost. You can google user experience, price, competition and it’s no surprise that customers are not happy about the pricing. So much turnover, not a positive working environment.
