Pros

- Decent benefits, time off , work-life balance, decent comp for effort, pleasant co-workers if not basically "dialing it" it in daily

Cons

- You can't teach transactional sales reps who are pleasant order takers (eSign tool) to sell enterprise solutions ( the new stuff) - Lots of old guard dead weight hanging out but nice people - feels a bit like IBM where "experienced" reps go to sunset their career - like having tea with your aunt and uncle everyday - predictable but not exciting.

Pros

Could be seen as a pro or a con, but there is 0 accountability

Cons

Hi, technocratic sociopathic ceo department, id like to file a claim! Our c suite continues on its long history of failure - in this case, we’ve now inherited an AI worshipping soy boy that laughs at employee concerns of the dangers of AI including AI taking our jobs. History will do its thing with this one, but it’s very sad that we have a leader this daft. Update: Allan is by far the most pathetic leader I’ve ever had the experience of working for “in a country that celebrates immigrants *most* of the time”
